Yes, it claims to actually take sound in and turn it out in the shape of a wearable LED Equalizer.
No, I have not seen it in the wild but I imagine it's only a matter of time. Not like its expensive either, ¥3,800, which is about $40USD. Not bad for the craziest T-Shirt ever!
